At Hadley Designs, we want you to love your home decor as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all items are in their original, unused condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
